My Writing

I saw the slimy, ugly and lumpy excuse for a food sitting in front of me with its poisonous fumes billowing up my nose ruining the epic smell of the steak and chips.
I tasted the awful taste of dirt and water sloshing about in my mouth it was enough to make me sick in my mouth.
Yuck, disgusting and gross only begin to describe the taste that is BEANS
I felt the slug like exterior squelch against the roof of my poisoned mouth as i struggled to keep myself from vomiting my own guts up.
AWFUL JUST AWFUL
I thought "what have you done with my mother witch?"
I thought "someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed!"
I thought "KILL ME NOW"

Stuck on an Escalator

In class we watched a video about 2 people stuck on an escalator we decided to make a recreation of the video in a situation where someone is stuck and not using his/her initiative of the power to act.

Criteria: (Content)
1. Video - 30 seconds long, time is limited.
2. Scenario - Show someone being stuck and not using the ability to act.
3. Clear Message - Short sharp clip. Can the watcher get the point of your video?
4. Unique - Coming up with something funny that gets a laugh from others.
5. Time Passing - Do you need to show time passing in your clip to emphasise your message.

Criteria: (Movie)
1. Light - Make sure the sun isn’t creating a hard to see clip.
2. Voice Volume - Needs to be louder than other background volume eg Noise, Kids.
3. Frame - What’s in the frame to make your message obvious
4. Steady Hands - Make sure the camera is still.
5. Individual Clips - Don’t do one continuous shot of 30 seconds. Make a range of short clips and join together.

Evaluation "I think we did really well Mitchell kept the camera steady and Joseph was good at making the "pee" althogh my facial expressions could possibly be more realistic"

My Swimming

This term we have started swimming again. We made a video to show our skills in the pool. We looked back at our video and observed what we could get better at. Then we made a goal

My goal is to breath less when I am doing sprints I want to do this by the swimming sports

I think I did great at my swimming although I had to change my goals a lot

My Childhood Memories

Purpose: To share memories about my childhood

Description: We wrote a story using a format starting with remember to explain memories from our childhood here is mine:

Remember I pulled together all of the timber in dads cluttered shed, I stole the barbecue cover, my mini tramp and blankets and sheets and Renae's carseat I started to build until I had made a spaceship so well built I could go to mars. I prepared for launch as I called for Renae to hop in. My ridiculously inexperienced loyal companion hopped onto the pillow behind me. 

Remember, me opening the shuttle's airlock only to be greeted by a martian that had my own mother I was scared out of my little blonde hair, I raced back to the space ship but the soothing voice of alien drew me back I was surprised of the similarity between earth and mars.

That was my inter-galactic adventure!
